Associated professor

Gohar Rastegarzadeh received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in Physics from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 1989,1993, and 2002, respectively. At present, she is an associated professor in Physics faculty, Semnan University, Semnan, Iran. She is also a scientific research member in ALBORZ observatory. Now her research interests is Astroparticle physics specially Cosmic ray physics include detection of secondary particles, Cherenkov and flourcent light and radio signal from cosmic ray induced extensive air showers. She also work on cosmic ray simulation using CORSIKA , CoREAS and CRPropa codes.

As her M.Sc.  research has been manufacturing of a Co2 laser, she also interested in laser researches.
